Magnolias .. Spring in the Bay Area

Magnolia sighting while strolling a lovely side street north of the Golden Gate Bridge:
A sure sign of Springtime in the San Francisco Bay Area!

  1. Ślicznie kwitnie. Cudownie to wygląda. My jeszcze musimy poczekać na ich kwitnienie. Pozdrawiam.
Lovely blooms. Wonderful it looks. We still have to wait for their flowering. Yours.

It is very early indeed, net yet March and the Magnolias as putting on a show!

  2. Glorious. A few of our neighbors have white magnolias in full bloom. I like the rose pink color in your photo.

    1. Hi Terra,
The rose color, I'm not sure of the species, is very common in many of the local towns. White is lovely and more unusual to come upon.
      Cheers!

    1. Hello my friends,
Always fun to see your faces in a comment;-]
Hope the flooding in Britain hasn't affected your gardens.

  4. How beautiful! I wish I was there. We probably won't have Magnolias blooming until May this year. And then everything will be blooming at the same time! Thanks for sharing!

    1. Hope you're staying warm, PP,
and remember counting the days in my Chicago garden, awaiting the Spring bloom of my one magnolia. Always seemed like suddenly we went from Winter to Summer!
